As an experienced master mariner working on board ro~ro passenger ships in the Bohai Sea and the deputy general manager of Yantai Silver River Ferry Co. , Ltd. , which is engaged in the safety management of ro-ro passenger ships, and by taking advantage of his experience in sailing the ro-ro passenger ships of his Company which ply the route between Yantai and Dalian, this author has statistically induced the dynamic distribution of fog and fishing fleet along the Yantai-Dalian route in the Bohai Sea and conducted analysis and summary thereof, accurately counted the number of days in which ro-ro passenger ships in the Bohai Sea may encounter rough weather heavier than the issued permissible wind grade for navigation, and summarized the safe sailing precautions.

笔者作为长期航行在渤海湾的客滚船船长和从事客滚船安全管理工作的烟台银河轮渡有限公司的副总经理,利用笔者公司客滚船常年航行于烟台-大连航线的条件,用统计学的方法归纳出渤海湾烟台-大连航线海域雾、渔船群的实际动态分布情况,并进行了分析和总结;准确统计出了在抗风等级的规定出台后,航行于渤海湾的客滚船在遭遇超过抗风等级天气的大风浪天数,总结出了航行的安全措施。
